When it comes to working with a client to help them secure staff for their pharmacy, we tend to take the approach of a good Pharmacist – we ask questions, we listen, and only then do start to offer advice on the best course of action moving forward.
We understand that every Pharmacy is different, and every role within a pharmacy brings its own challenges and required skill-sets. This is why we take the time to fully understand what’s required, before we go to market. But when we do go to market, we leverage a full suite of candidate sources to ensure we are accessing the greatest pool of potential talent possible, coupled with an extensive network of industry contacts built over a decade in the industry.
